I met Rebecca Morgan whilst she was cheffing for a premier catering company. Her skills and professional attitude were a delight to encounter in the stressful environment of corporate hospitality. I floated my concept of providing a healthy lunch for my bunch of corporate charges instead of a daily offering of sandwiches, and thankfully, Rebecca was agreeable to providing us a variety of risottos, soups, casseroles [w/ side rice, couscous etc] and delicious salad options.
